Nearby Landmark: The dive center is right on Gili Gede Beach, with direct beach access and located right by the sea.
The nearest airport is Lombok International Airport (LOP). The drive from the airport to the coast (Sekotong / Tembowong harbor) takes about 1.5 to 2 hours by private car.
From the mainland port (Sekotong or Tembowong harbor), it's a short 10-15 minute boat transfer to Gili Gede. The island is located just off the coast, making the crossing quick and scenic.
For travelers coming from Bali or Nusa Penida, Gili Getaway offers a direct fast boat service to Gili Gede. Departing from Serangan Harbor in South Bali, the journey takes approximately 2 hours and operates several times weekly. The service also connects via Nusa Penida (approx. 1 hour from Nusa Penida to Gili Gede). This is the most convenient sea transfer option, with hotel transfers included from major Bali areas like Kuta, Seminyak, and Sanur. We will pick you up at Kokomo Resort main jetty upon arrangement.

Gili Gede is one of Lombok's most peaceful and untouched islands. Unlike the busy Gili Islands to the northwest, Gili Gede offers uncrowded dive sites, pristine coral gardens, and authentic island life. The island is small enough to explore on foot or by bicycle, with no motorized traffic — just coconut palms, quiet beaches, and incredible sunsets.
