Free Cancellation
Cancel any dive course, fun dive, or package up to 7 days before scheduled date and receive a full refund. No charges apply.

Cancellations between 7 days and 2 days prior incur a charge of 25% (admin & equipment prep).
75% Refund
Within 2 days or No-Show
Non-Refundable
Cancellations within 2 days of scheduled dive/booking, or failure to show, result in 100% charge.

Notify via WhatsApp, email, or at any of our locations (Gili Gede / Gili Trawangan / Kuta Lombok).

Determine days before dive/package → define refund %.

Calculate deductions and confirm final refund amount.

Issued via original payment method within 7 business days.

🏝️ Special Diving Bookings – Non-Refundable Deposits

For group dive packages (6+ guests), private charters, specialty courses (Rescue Diver, Divemaster), or bookings during peak season (July–September, Christmas/New Year) across Gili Gede, Gili Trawangan, or Kuta Lombok, a non-refundable deposit (30%) may be required. This deposit is clearly communicated at booking and not refunded even if the remaining balance is eligible for partial refund per the timeline above.

Weather / Safety Cancellation by Operator

If Signature Scuba Group cancels a dive trip or course due to unsafe weather conditions, port closures, or any safety-related reason (in Gili Gede, Gili Trawangan, or Kuta Lombok), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without extra charge. Your safety is our top priority.

After processing, we will send a confirmation including: cancellation date, refund amount, any charges applied, and estimated refund timeline (bank/payment provider processing).

We may offer credit for future dives or rebooking options where possible.
