These Terms apply to all bookings made through the Website, including but not limited to:

• Diving courses (Open Water, Advanced, Rescue, Divemaster, etc.)
• Fun dives and guided dive trips
• Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) experiences
• Dive & Stay packages
• Spearfishing trips
• Transport and island hopping services
• Specialty courses and private charters

By using the Website or making a booking with Signature Scuba Group, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

• All bookings must be secured with a valid payment method or deposit as specified.
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking (minors require parental consent).
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, contact details, medical declaration (for diving), and payment information.
• Upon successful booking, a confirmation email will be sent with your reservation details, including dive schedule and meeting point.
• A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive this confirmation.

• All prices displayed on the Website are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless you select a preferred currency.
• Prices may be subject to applicable taxes (e.g., service charge, local tourism tax).
• Full payment or a 30% non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service type. For group bookings (6+ guests) and peak season reservations, a non-refundable deposit applies.
• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer, and cash (on arrival, where applicable).
• Prices and availability are subject to change at any time prior to booking confirmation.

Special Bookings: Group dive packages (6+ guests), private charters, specialty courses, and peak season bookings (July–September, Christmas/New Year) may require a non-refundable deposit (30%). This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Weather/Safety Cancellation by Operator: If Signature Scuba Group cancels a dive trip due to unsafe conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

• Modification requests (dates, dive types, number of guests, etc.) must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled dive/activity.
• All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
• If changes cannot be accommodated, the original booking terms will remain in effect.
• No-shows or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the booking without refund.

• All participants must complete a medical declaration form prior to diving. Certain medical conditions may require a physician's approval.
• Participants must be able to swim and be comfortable in the water.
• Certified divers must present a valid certification card.
• Signature Scuba Group reserves the right to refuse participation if safety standards cannot be met, with applicable refunds according to the cancellation policy.
• Alcohol consumption before diving is strictly prohibited.

By using our services, you agree that:

• All information provided (including medical history) is accurate and complete.
• You will comply with all safety instructions provided by dive instructors and guides.
• You will arrive on time for your scheduled dive briefing and boat departure.
• You are responsible for your own travel insurance (diving coverage recommended).

Late arrivals may result in missed dives without refund.

• Participation in scuba diving and related activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to decompression sickness, marine life encounters, and environmental hazards.
• Signature Scuba Group shall not be held liable for: personal injury, loss, or damage resulting from failure to follow safety instructions; loss or damage to personal belongings; service disruptions due to weather, port closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of services and are not responsible for events beyond our control.
• In case of booking errors, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative but are not liable for additional costs incurred.

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions)
• Severe weather conditions (storms, high winds, rough seas)
• Government actions, port closures, or travel restrictions
• Strikes or labor disputes
• War, civil unrest, or terrorism
• Pandemics or health emergencies

We are committed to protecting your privacy. By using our Website and making a booking, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Your information will only be used for booking, medical safety, dive certification, and operational purposes unless otherwise required by law. Medical information is kept strictly confidential.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically, especially before making a booking.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia (Lombok, NTB).
