All settlements are securely processed via Stripe Singapore, and cross-border corporate supplier transactions are cleared via Wise Business.

The Company is strictly responsible for managing your digital payment data, issuing your legal e-commerce receipts, handling cancellation timeline audits, and executing authorized refunds in strict accordance with our published booking cancellation policy matrix.

All physical activities, logistics, marine transport, and resort accommodations (including packages arranged through Thamarind Resort or Melati Resort Gili Gede) purchased through this platform take place entirely within the physical territory of the Republic of Indonesia.

The customer explicitly acknowledges that all physical dive operations, technical training, equipment rentals, water safety protocols, non-diving land tours, island sightseeing excursions, land transfers, and lodging are executed solely on-site by the independent regional teams, facilities, and affiliate networks of the Group.

All participants are subject to the local ordinances of West Nusa Tenggara and the federal laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

In strict compliance with the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) and the Travel Agents Act 1975, the Company operates exclusively as an offshore digital distributor for localized Indonesian ground and water arrangements [TAA1975].

The Company does not retail, arrange, or facilitate international commercial aviation or passenger transit originating from or arriving into Singapore.

All international flight ticketing, border clearance requirements, and transit to Indonesia must be coordinated and purchased independently by the traveler.

While the Company makes every reasonable effort to ensure that pricing matrices, dive center descriptions, room descriptions, and activity lists are accurate and up to date, all requests are subject to manual availability reviews by our team.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or correct structural pricing variations or currency conversion gaps on manual invoices prior to final contract confirmation.

Base prices displayed on the websites in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), Singapore Dollars (SGD), United States Dollars (USD), EURO Dollars (EUR) or United Kingdom sterling pound (GBP) are subject to interbank mid-market exchange fluctuations.
